		<description>I understand that new RN graduates are rarely hired into ER positions, but would it be safe to assume that former paramedics are qualified applicants even with shiney, new RN/BSN degrees.  I&#039;ve already got one degree and have worked mostly as a cop with the medic thing being a side job for me.</description>
